POLICIES

1. Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

This confirms your commitment and covers time blocked exclusively for you.

2. 72-Hour Rescheduling Policy
You must reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations within 72 hours or failure to notify will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions.

3. No-Call / No-Show
Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the remaining balance.

You will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid in full.

4. One-Time Reschedule
You may transfer your appointment once, as long as it’s rescheduled before the 72-hour window.

Additional changes will require a new deposit.

5. Late Arrivals
A $25 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

30+ minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

6. No Guests or Children
For safety and to maintain a calm environment, no guests or children are allowed during services.

Please come alone to your appointment.

Every brow is tailored to your unique features. Inspiration photos are welcome, but results will vary based on your skin, face shape, and healing. Please come with realistic expectations and trust the process.
